At Tokyo Knives, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of our blades; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive an RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully clean and dry the knife, then place it back in its original protective wooden box or sheath to ensure safe transit.
Ship to Our Workshop
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master smiths inspect the blade for its original condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
